About | Madressa Mahmoodia

A Place of Learning & Character

Madressa Mahmoodia is a non-profit organisation and registered charity which has been running since 2003 at 26A Mill Road, under the guidance of Mufti Moosa Badat Sahib (Rahimahullah), Khalifa of Mufti Mahmood-ul Hasan Sahib Gangohi (Rahimahullah).

Our students are our vision and we believe their time at Madressa should shape their character and provide them with a firm grasp of the principles of Islam, preparing them for the different challenges they may face in the future.

We offer courses in Quranic recitation (Naazira), Hifz (memorisation), and the Aalim programme for advanced Islamic studies.
